About MixedLearning

Learning works better when it is about your subject.

That is why we do not build a platform for everyone, but a learning system for one organisation at a time, and run it as their AI department.

The LMS market is skewed. Big learning platforms charge per learner per month and offer everyone the same thing. For a trainer or training provider that means paying a lot for features you never use, while the one thing that sets you apart, your subject and your way of teaching, does not fit in.

Custom used to be too expensive. Until recently, having your own learning environment built easily cost more than a year of licenses. That has changed. We build software with AI agents under human direction, which means custom work is ready in weeks instead of months. That suddenly makes an academy of your own feasible for exactly the group that benefits most.

We did this before the AI wave. Back in 2018 our team already built an adaptive microlearning platform, with machine learning, brain-based learning and social learning. What required a big platform and months of data work then, we now build custom per training provider, in weeks. MixedLearning grew out of a Dutch software and AI team that has been building digital products and AI applications for years.

And we do not just build. For those who want it, we run the whole digital side of the training business: ongoing content production, the community, promotion and technology. You teach, we make sure your academy runs and grows.

Who we work for. Trainers and training companies, certifying organisations, companies with a customer academy, and employers that need onboarding or upskilling. No regulated education and no medical learning tracks: those come with different requirements and different responsibilities.

The MixedLearning mark: two overlapping circles

Why "mixed"?

MixedLearning refers to blended learning: the mix of online learning and real practice. Our mark is two circles, live and online. Learning happens in the overlap. That is exactly where we build: learning environments that strengthen the practice of your profession instead of replacing it.

Shall we talk?

Tell us what you teach and to whom. We will tell you honestly what is possible and what it costs.
